These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zh55 — the online casino and sportsbook operated at zh55.pro. By registering an account and using any part of the zh55 platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
By accessing the zh55 Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the zh55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, zh55 will close all associated Accounts and may forfeit balances pending a full investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must notify zh55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. zh55 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
zh55 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This currency selection is fixed at registration and cannot be changed after Account creation.
zh55 is obligated under its gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer verification for all Account holders. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform.

zh55 may request additional documentation where required by its compliance obligations. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible condition. zh55 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
zh55 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. This list is subject to change and the available options will be displayed on the Cashier page at the time of deposit.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Individual payment methods may carry higher minimums, which will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your zh55 Account in real time, subject to network availability. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your Account. zh55 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
zh55 offers voluntary deposit limits as part of its Responsible Gaming tools. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before being increased.

To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have completed KYC verification, have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance, and comply with the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 500.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours (9:00 AM to 1:00 AM PKT). HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are processed within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
As a condition of zh55's anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals must, where technically possible, be directed to the same payment method and account used for the initial deposit. Exceptions may be granted where a payment method is no longer available, subject to additional KYC documentation.
zh55 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit. However, large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced verification procedures and may be processed in instalments at zh55's discretion to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on zh55 are subject to individual offer terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between individual offer terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual offer terms prevail in respect of that specific offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are stated in each offer's terms.
zh55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonuses are being abused. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, systematically playing low-risk positions to clear wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, and coordinated group exploitation of promotional structures.
A maximum of one bonus may be active on your Account at any time. Where Bonus Funds remain in your Account, additional bonuses cannot be activated until the existing bonus is either completed or forfeited.
All casino games available on the zh55 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — are provided by third-party certified game suppliers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return for each game and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Outcomes in any individual gaming session may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, zh55's system will attempt to complete the round using the last known game state. Any dispute regarding a disconnected game round must be reported to support within 72 hours of the incident.
Note: zh55 does not operate the casino games directly. Games are operated by licensed third-party providers. zh55 is responsible for ensuring all game providers hold valid licences and certifications.
zh55 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its discretion. A bet is not confirmed until zh55 issues an explicit acceptance confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account Balance. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result reported by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question. For PSL and Pakistan cricket markets, results are determined by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official records. Where a result is subject to subsequent official review or reversal, zh55 reserves the right to amend settled bets accordingly.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your Balance where: a match or event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or where zh55 determines that the odds were published due to a manifest error. Manifest errors include, but are not limited to, clearly inverted odds, typographical errors resulting in significantly incorrect pricing, and system-generated odds errors.
In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for data feed latency. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, due to data feed delay or otherwise, will be voided. zh55 employs automated systems to detect and void such bets and is not liable for any delay in live data feed updates.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zh55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
zh55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where zh55 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing. During a suspension, access to Account funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Where a suspension investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld Balance will be restored and the Account reinstated. Where a breach is confirmed, zh55 may permanently close the Account and, depending on the nature of the breach, forfeit the Balance in accordance with its licencing obligations.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without zh55's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh55 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits zh55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. zh55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have a complaint regarding zh55's services, you should first contact the zh55 support team at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of zh55's internal complaints process, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by zh55's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable escalation body will be provided upon request to the support team.
Any dispute relating to the settlement of a specific bet must be raised within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted. zh55's decision on bet settlement disputes, following internal review, is final.
zh55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material amendments are made, zh55 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh55 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints and escalation process set out in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where those laws cannot be contractually excluded.
